Handling of personal information when applying for a job
Miyakawa handles personal information obtained during recruitment procedures as follows.
Applicants are deemed to have agreed to the following upon submission of an application form.
We ask you to provide your personal information for recruitment and employment procedures.
In order to determine whether you are a suitable candidate, we may ask you to submit an application form, resume, work history, academic record, medical examination report, and, for foreign nationals, a certificate for your status of residence and visa.
If you do not submit your personal information, we will not be able to assess you for employment.

We will use the personal information contained in the submitted application documents such as the application forms, resume, and work history only for the purpose of recruitment. Please note that in general, the documents you submit will not be returned. - Provision of personal information
