Patterned Light Guide Panels
A special inkjet printer is used to form “optical lenses” of approximately 32 μm in diameter on the surface of the panel. High-definition printing, such as patterns and photos, is possible. When not lit, it is transparent, and when lit, the pattern emerges, creating a surprise effect, and because the pattern itself glows, it can also be used as interior lighting.

- By placing RGB (Red, Green, Blue) LED light sources at the edges of the patterned plate where each color is to be illuminated, full-color expression can be achieved using the three primary colors of light.
