Ink-Jet Light Guide Panel Manufacturing Machines
These machines discharge transparent ultraviolet curing resin from an inkjet printer onto a transparent resin plate, and utilize the difference in surface energy, curing the discharged resin in the form of a lens by ultraviolet light.
The primer coat provides stable surface energy and produces stable microlenses.
The lens can be controlled in 15 sizes from a minimum of φ32 μm.
