Microfabrication/Nanoimprinting
Molds are duplicated from a master mold fabricated by maskless photolithography or ultra-short femtosecond laser pulses, and fine patterns are continuously transferred to resin in a roll-to-roll process. Precise transfer of lens and prism shapes is possible.
After transfer, products are processed into desired shapes with a die cutting machine for delivery.
