Primer coat layer is used in order to equalize surface tension on resin. Multi Drop Technology forms optical pattern instantly with spherical convex lens on primer coat of PMMA panel.
This model has a moving stage which accepts panel size from 1 to 65 inch maximumly.

ODMD850F-UV can print pattern with higher productivity on edge shaped PMMA panels at 15 sec. continuously. The machine consists of 6 sections of insert, primer coat, UV curing of primer coat, forming of optical pattern, UV curing of optical pattern and carry out. Number of inkjet head is 32 each at primer coat section and optical pattern forming section.
Extremely thinner edge shaped panels can be accepted with specially designed jig.
User can design material insert and carry out processes by using robot or manual operation.
